QUALIFYING PROCEDURE T3 ALL STAR SERIES (Revised 12/14/06)
* No time trials
* Each driver draws for heat race starting position
* Qualifying heat races are to 8 to 10 laps in distance.
* 1-24 cars, everyone qualifies. 3 qualifying heat races, top four into redraw, everyone else is heads up.
* 25 to 30 cars, 3 qualifying heat races, top six qualify, top four into redraw.
* 25 to 30 cars, 1 consolation race 8 to10 laps in distance. Top six qualify.
* 31-40 cars, minimum of 4 qualifying heat races.
* The number of cars qualifying into the redraw as well as the feature event will be determined at the time of the event.
* Driver must use the last car that he/she qualified
* It is recommended that the feature event to be a minimum of 35 laps.
* In some cases, home track rules in qualifying procedures and the length of feature events may supersede T3 All Star Series procedure. However, every attempt will be made to compromise between track management and T3 All Star Series management.
2 provisionals per event for T3 All Star Series regular competitors.
When used, the two drivers chosen will be decided by highest to lowest in the current T3 All Star Series point standings.
* Should a track promoter request a provisional starter or should there be a track rule allowing any current top point drivers a provisional should they not qualify otherwise, the promoter at that particular track has the option to do so.

CAR AND CHASSIS RULES FOR T3 ALL STAR SERIES 2004 DIRT Rules with the following provisions.
Any 358 motor (Steel Block Only) Chevy max 361 cubic inch Ford max 361 cubic inch Chrysler 370 cubic inch
* Any Carburetor (One per car)
* Porting of cylinder heads and intake manifold is allowed * No sail panels
* Aluminum Heads are allowed
* Any 92X13 maximum tire. Must be manufacturer stamped on sidewall. However, should a tire manufacturer endorse the series, a specific set of tires or a decal on the car may be required to qualify for contingencies.
* Any pump gasoline or alcohol is allowed through carburetion only, no injectors, 32 gallon fuel cell maximum. Should a racing fuel manufacturer endorse the series, a specific fuel or a decal on the car may be required to qualify for contingencies.
* In some cases, to qualify for product contingencies it may be required to have a particular sponsor’s decal/logo on the car. This may not apply in all cases.
* The number of cars to be weighed will be determined at each event. Minimum weight for all cars with driver is 2400 lbs. (No Tolerance)
* Whenever possible, one way radios/RACEceivers to be used. In some instances, track rules will require one-way radios/RACEceivers
* No two way radios
* There may be certain instances where track rules will supersede T3 All Star Series rules. In every case, all of the promoters involved will work to find a common ground.

POINTS SYSTEM FOR T3 ALL STAR SERIES
* All points go to the driver.
* Each competitor who makes an attempt
to qualify receives 30 show-up points
* No points for qualifying heat races
or consolation events
* Any competitor who runs a heat or consolation,
but doesn’t qualify for the feature event
will receive 1 point
* Final point standings will be determined using each
competitors total points, however taking into
consideration the total number of T3 All Star Series
races run at the end of the year minus one feature
event. All show up points will be awarded in figuring
the final points. In short, if all the events are
attended the worst feature finish will be thrown out.
